But who are you, a mere human being, to talk back to God?

Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it,

'Why did you make me like this?"

to make out of the same lump of clay

 some pottery for special purposes

 and some for common use?

Yet You, Lord, are our Father.

We are the clay, you are the potter;

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, 

the NEW creation has come:

The old has gone, the new is here!

All this is from God,

who reconciled us to Himself through Christ.

compassion, kindness, humility,

gentleness and patience.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, 

as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms....

SO THAT in all things God may be praised

through Jesus Christ.
