Even Addy-the-ball is dreaming of

Let your light shine before men,

that they may see your good deeds

and praise you Father in heaven.

Someday we will see these again!

However, today what green was showing is

now covered with white stuff!

THANK YOU, MISS CHRIS!!

A generous, wonderful donation

of yarn and patterns!!

So much appreciated!

For you did  not receive a spirit

that makes you a slave again to fear,

but you received the Spirit of sonship.

Getting ready to plant.

Junk food.

The Spirit helps us in our weakness.

We do not know what we ought to pray,

but the Spirit himself intercedes for us

with groans that words can not express.

And He who searches our hearts

knows the mind of the Spirit,

because the Spirit intercedes for the saints

 in accordance with God's will.

If any of you lacks wisdom,

he should ask God,

who gives generously to all

without finding fault,

and it will be given to him.

Our weather:

heavy, dark clouds,

windy and cold.

And the last of the crocheted sweaters

from Doris.

This one was worked from the top-down.

Be joyful always;

Pray continually;

Give thanks in all circumstances,

for this is God's will for you

in Christ Jesus.

1 Thes. 5:16-18

With no sunshine,

these little fellows are having a tough

It is more blessed to give

Acts 20:35

I'm thinking they are looking for a good

Another crocheted sweater by Doris.

With this one, she made the body, then

the sleeves, then joined for the yoke.

Same end effect, different construction!

For since the creation of the world

God's invisible qualities-

His eternal power and divine nature-

 have been clearly seen,

being understood from what has been made,

so that men are without excuse.

The Mourning Doves have been

very busy the last few days!

They know what to do this time of year!

Today, and for the next few days, I will be showing off

the work of my friend, Doris. She has been busy playing around

with different child's crochet sweater patterns.

For this one, she found a knit pattern that she really liked,

but didn't want to knit it. She studied the construction

of the garment, then changed it to crochet

and came up with this absolutely adorable sweater.

Blessed are the pure in heart,

for they will see God.

Matt. 5:8

Last summer's Hollyhocks.

On the north side of the house,

the snow is still melting away.

On the south side of the house,

the very first crocus bloomed!

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit,

who is in you, whom you have received from God?

You are not your own;

you were bought at a price.

Therefore honor God with your body.

Mrs. Cardinal

These are the 2 sweaters

that currently have the most

He is not served by human hands,

It's great how a little bit of snow
