"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost."

I knitted up this hat and booties yesterday to match this baby blanket that I had made earlier in the summer. These will be finding their way to the local pregnancy center.

Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God."

The squares are done!!
In a few weeks I will get them put together!
Now, it is time to move on to other things!!

"Your wickedness will punish you; your backsliding will rebuke you. Consider then and realize how evil and bitter it is for you when you forsake the Lord your God and have no awe of Me, " declares the Lord.
Jer. 2:19

The last one.
The last Monarch hatched yesterday.
My last Hawk Moth hatched last night too. But I totally missed it. We went to bed early and he wasn't out yet then. But when I got up this morning, he was flying around the box ready to go! I stepped outside and opened the lid and away he went! Didn't even stick around for a photo shoot!!
That's it for the little critters for this season.

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

"They will fight against you but will not overcome you,
for I am with and will rescue you," declares the LORD.

Look what happened at my house this morning!!

I am SO sorry these squares are so hard to see.
I am so happy with the way they are coming out and it just breaks my heart that I can't seem to get a good picture of them. The brown one on the top right has a cat on it. The pink and the purple ones are stitch patterns that I really enjoyed working with!
I'm hoping that once I have them all together, I can get a good picture.

Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked;
for the power of the wicked will be broken , but the Lord upholds the righteous.

Ps. 37:16-17

But Jesus called the children to Him and said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it."
Luke 18:16-17

Another hodge-podge of things.
The rain & heat from the last couple of weeks have really brought out the mosquitos so spending any amount of time outside is kind of miserable!
But that's ok, it gives me plenty of time to get some knitting done!! The squares for the baby afghans are coming along nicely!

Jesus looked at him and said, "How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!
Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
Luke 18:24-25

This mornings sunrise.
I haven't taken too many sunrise and sunset pictures lately. This morning was just one of those 'bright orange ball' kind of sunrises! Lots of humidity in the air. It's going to be a lazy, hazy kind of day today!

More squares done!

Clap your hands, all you nations;
Shout to God with cries of joy.
How awesome is the Lord Most High,
the great King over all the earth.
Ps. 47:1-2

It was kind of a quiet day at my house yesterday!
Oh, it was nice!

I desire to do Your will, O my God;
Your law is within my heart.

Just a variety of things today. A loomed hat, another picture from the river,
a Moss Rose, and a fuzzy catepillar.

David...danced before the Lord with all his might.

My brother took us for a ride on the Maumee River yesterday.
It was beautiful! Perfect weather!
Lots of sunshine and bright blue sky!

Lots of surprises at home yesterday!
My Aunt stopped by with some more yarn for me! THANK YOU, KATIE!
Last night I noticed that my Tomatoe Worm had hatched! Say hello to my Hawk Moth!
And these little purple flowers are from a plant that we brought from MI a couple of years ago.

He (Jesus) replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea', and it will obey you."
Luke 17:6

I got a picture of the Hummer Siblings!
Not the best picture, but I did get them!
They are just SO much fun to watch!
They chase each other around and chew each other out just like kids! And every now and again I see Mama getting after them!

More squares finished for the baby afghans.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.
Eph. 6:18
