I am so very blessed to have such
wonderful people in my life!
THANK YOU, DORIS!
I already have homes for the wonderful hats
and plans for the fabulous yarn!!

Many, O Lord my God,
are the wonders You have done.
The things You planned for us
no one can recount to You;

were I to speak and tell of them,
they would be too many to declare.
Ps. 40:5

another view of the banks of the
Maumee River.

Lace Scarf is finished!
In my opinion, this one came out much, much
nicer than the last one! Used the same pattern:
Gardiner Yarn Works Snowdrop Lace Scarf
from Annie's Attic.
But used different yarn:
Department 71 Dainty Lace.
This was a requested project that I had the
honor of making for a dear friend!

Do not forget this one thing, dear friends;
with the Lord a day is like thousand years,
and thousand years are like a day.
The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise,
as some understand slowness.
He is patient with you,
not wanting anyone to perish,
but everyone to come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:8-9

scenes from the river yesterday.
what an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day!
The trees and plants had such an amazing
golden glow to them and the water was the
bluest I've seen in a very long time!

Fiber update: projects are getting
finished!!

Be self-controlled and alert.
Your enemy the devil
prowls around like a roaring lion
looking for someone to devour.
Resist him,
stand firm in the faith.

Your beauty should not come
from outward adornment,
such as braided hair
and the wearing of gold jewelry
and fine clothes.
Instead, it should be that of your inner self,
the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit,
which is of great worth in God's sight.

You do not have because you do not ask God.
When you ask, you do not receive
