The Ladies aren't really sure about
mulberry season.

Do not be anxious about anything,
but in everything,
by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving,
present your requests to God.
And the peace of God,
which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts
and your minds
in Christ Jesus.

HAPPY SUMMER!!
I celebrated this morning by stealing away a few minutes
and sat outside with my morning coffee and my fiber!

Continue to work out your salvation
with fear and trembling,
for it is God who works in you
to will and to act according to his good purpose.

Caterpillars and Sweet Pea:
signs of summer!

The important this is that in every way,
whether from false motives or true,
Christ is preached.
And because of this I rejoice.

Mr. and Mrs. Baltimore Oriole.
I snapped this pic the day that the storm hit.
Both of them have been regular visitors to our feeders.
All day, every day.
But I believe they have suffered storm damage.
I have seen Mrs. just once since the storm.
I miss them.

Storm damage at my mom's place.
This is only one tree.
There are probably 8-10 more trees down
on her property.
I have never seen the house without this tree.
It has been there longer than me.

Move in day happened yesterday!
The coop construction is done
and Homer's Hens are home!
They seem to be loving their new space!

Fiber Content: Now that the gardens are planted
and the coop is basically finished, I hope to
get back to some serious knitting!
I do have at least 4 sweaters on my needles
that I try to pick up and work on at the end of
each day. Even if I only get a row or two done,
I haven't gone one single day without knitting.
But now it is time to get serious again!

Have no fear of sudden disaster
or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked,
for the Lord will be your confidence
and will keep your foot from being snared.
