Let us fix our eyes on Jesus,

the author and perfecter 

of our faith...

Heb. 12:2

If you do away with the yoke of oppression,

with the pointing finger

and malicious talk,

and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry

and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,

THEN your light will rise in the darkness,

and your night will become like the noonday.

Is. 58:9-10

REJOICE always,

PRAY continually,

give THANKS in all circumstances;

for this is GOD'S WILL

They sold property and possessions 

to give to anyone who had need...

They broke bread in their homes

and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,

Since we have these promises, dear friends,

let us purify ourselves from everything

that contaminates body and spirit,

perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.

is from God and not from us.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world,

Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-

His good, pleasing and perfect will.

If you then, who are evil, 

know how to give good gifts to your children,

how MUCH MORE will the heavenly Father

give the Holy Spirit

to those who ask Him!

Luke 11:13

For the kingdom of God 

is not a matter of talk

but of power.
