The first tomatoe worm of the season.
Our tomatoe plants are looking so good this year
that I told Hubby he could sprinkle lime on
all the plants. This may be the last worm I see
this year. I am sad.
Child's knit sweater.
Patons Cozy Caridgan pattern,
with my own changes!
Patons Astra yarn
in High Energy colorway.
For though we live in the world,
we do not wage war as the world does.
The weapons we fight with
are not the weapons of the world.
On the contrary,
they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

Here is the 'Vogue' sweater that I have been working on!
The yarn is Filati Cervinia Caprice Color
The pattern is from Vogue Knitting Book
6th Edition copyright 1945.
worked on #4 needles.
child's size 8.
I have never knit a sweater on small needles with such thin yarn.
I just don't have much patience!
But I was given this yarn and asked to make a sweater with it.
Of course, I had to jump at the challenge!
I can not believe how much I ENJOYED making this sweater!
I love cables. Beautiful yarn. What more can a person ask for!
I was given 2 more colorways of the same yarn and I already have
the pattern for the next one and am eager to get started on it!
He died for all,
that those who live
should no longer live for themselves
but for Him who died for them
and was raised again.

Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the Lord and shun evil.
This will bring health to your body and
nourishment to your bones.

raccoon!
This guy was having his breakfast in the mulberry tree.
As I got closer to the tree, he went higher and higher.
He ended up taking a little nap up there!
After about an hour, he was ready to come back down.
Obviously, he is waiting for me to leave!
Be on your guard;
stand firm in the faith;
be men of courage;
be strong.
Do every in love.

I was asked to do a special project for a dear friend.
I have never knit lace before, so this is something new to me.
I am excited with this new challenge!
Especially with such beautiful yarn and
wonderful pattern!!
And now these three remain:
faith, hope and love.
But the greatest of these is love.
